Verizon upgrades fibre core network capacity for 5G future

US operator Verizon is giving its fibre core network an overhaul, upgrading older router equipment with the latest 400Gb/s per-port optical technology to help future-proof its 5G network.

Indiana cooperatives team up to close the digital divide
