Zayo Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Globalways, a Stuttgart-based fibre infrastructure and network services company.
Globalways operates approximately 360km of owned fibre infrastructure across the Stuttgart metropolitan area and surrounding regions, with more than 700 on-net buildings. Once completed, the acquisition will enhance Zayo's presence in Europe, aligning with its commitment to enhance its European service offering. It is expected to close during Q4 2023.
Opportunities for fibre in Europe
