Italian network provider, Circet Italia has completed the acquisition of Tekna Servizi, a company specialising in the design, construction and maintenance of telecom networks and technology systems, based in Massa Martana, Perugia, Italy.
Circet Italia is a subsidiary of Circet, which has operations in 13 countries in Europe, North Africa and America. The latest acquisition was designed to be a significant step for Circet Italia in expanding its presence in the mobile telecomms and data centre infrastructure markets.
Founded in 2011, Tekna Servizi is known for its longevity and technical expertise when it comes to networks. The union with Circet Italia is hoped to provide even more advanced and comprehensive services to customers. Tekna Servizi closed 2022 with a turnover of approximately 22 million and has 100 employees.
